What is eScrip and How Do I Sign Up

Hi Folks,

Your Canyon eScrip coordinator here, urging you to sign up for eScrip and help us get some of that free money that merchants want to give us!

We could potentially earn $5000 a year with 100% participation. The great thing is that it doesn’t cost anything and it’s totally effortless once you’re set up.

I’m planning on sending out periodic short updates to help everyone navigate through the system and to pass on tips that I learn about.

So here’s my first installment. Safeway 10% back to school program. Safeway is giving back 10% of all sales back to schools for purchases made from 9/19 to 10/ 20. These funds are automatically directed to the Canyon account for current eScrip members.

Everyone else must follow these steps:

1. Visit http://backtoschools.escrip.com (by 10/13)
2. Click “Enter Receipts” button
3. Identify our school by searching either school name (Canyon Association) or Zip Code (94516)
4. Click “Canyon Association”
5. Click “Accept”
6. Enter your Safeway card number OR the redemption code at the bottom of your receipts.

eScrip link is now on our school web site. Look for the eScrip link on the Canyon school home page (thank you Eric!) This link will take you to the eScrip home page where you can sign up, add credit or debit cards and access the on-line mall.

Sign up! It’s fast, it’s easy, it’s FREE! Visit the eScrip home page and simply click on sign up:

1. Identify our school – Search by Group Name (Canyon Association) or Zip Code (94516), then click on Canyon Association.
2. Enter your Safeway card – Call Safeway customer support 1-877-723-3929 if you don’t know your card number.
