CATSS is a non-profit volunteer organization focused on developing various fundraising events to support Canyon School, a California public school located in Canyon, California, serving grades K-8. The organization was unofficially formed more than 15 years ago. Back then, our main objective was to develop community relations among school families. After registering as an official non-profit entity in 2001, we expanded our purpose to school fundraising events while continuing to promote community relations.
Our membership consists of any parent, guardian or immediate family member of any child enrolled in Canyon School, faculty members, and Canyon community members. There are no annual dues, but we do appreciate the time and efforts of our volunteers on many levels. On an annual basis, CATSS raises funds to help support the school’s general fund, and the only way we can accomplish this is through the generous time and great ideas generated by our membership.
